Answers to today's warm-up:

(these are very important pages to study for the test - page 153 is like the first test question and page 156 is like the extra credit - they way we did it below)

The extra credit on the test will have a picture of a bill like the ones on page 156.  The tip will be given and the percent of the tip will be given.  You will need to find how much the missing guest spent.
