Today we met with our Math Market groups to choose jobs, collect loans, narrow it down to two ideas, and start working on survey questions.  Here is a copy of the survey directions that each group has in their folders.  Your questions must be asked and recorded by Sept 23/24 and the survey results will be presented to the class on Sept 25/26.

Students were given Math Market Guidelines last class to share with parents.  You'll find a link to that in the previous post.  Our math market will be on Tuesday, October 21st and parents are welcome to come.  Students will meet with their business group in class for the first time on September 15/16 and should have a $10 loan and 2-3 product ideas by September 17/18.  Below is a link to a math market Pinterest board that I started for those who are struggling with product ideas.  We can not sell food.  It must be an inexpensive craft-type item that can be make ahead of time at home.
